Bi-Mart has four levels of store management; Store Manager, Assistant Manager, 2nd Assistant Manager, and Associate Manager.
The level at which an individual begins his or her management career with Bi-Mart, as well as how quickly he or she advances through
these levels, depends on his or her past management experience, on-the-job performance, initiative, available openings, and the individual’s
willingness to relocate. |

Assistant & associate managers, at all levels, assist the Store Manager in operating a profitable store. As an employee progresses through the
levels of management, additional responsibilities are awarded. During the course of their career at Bi-Mart, assistant
managers get to know their district manager, the human resources team, the buyers, and many of the other key employees that play a
role in supporting the stores. These relationships provide direct access to the resources that help maximize the success of our store
and the careers of our management team. |
