As a member of Bi-Mart store management, you will be responsible for all aspects of store operations. You will direct overall operations,
coordinate merchandising, develop store employees to their fullest potential, control expenses and shrinkage, and maintain excellent
customer service standards and high team morale. |

You won’t, however, have to do this alone. During your career at Bi-Mart, you will get to know your district manager, the human resources team,
the buyers, and many of the other key employees that play a role in supporting the stores. Through these relationships, you will have direct access to the
resources that will help you maximize the success of your store and your career. |

Individuals with management experience with other retailers can begin their career with Bi-Mart through our Associate Manager Program.
Bi-Mart has four levels of store management; how quickly you advance through these levels depends on your own performance, initiative, available
openings, and your willingness to relocate. |

Individuals hired in to the Associate Manager position are active members of the store management team from the very first day of
employment. |
|
This program typically takes between 6 and 9 months to complete. After successfully completing the required objectives for
this position, and consistently demonstrating good decision making skills and job performance, you may be eligible to be considered
for promotion to an available Assistant Manager position. As a result, the ability and willingness to relocate throughout the Northwest
is an important factor in our selection of participants in this program. |
